| Microsoft Service Pack 2 ( suggestion ) |
We have noticed that after installing the Service Pack 2 from Microsoft, some services offered at EnigmaticBoys may not work exactly as expected; However, the solution is to simply add EnigmaticBoys to your list of "Trusted Sites". | Signup Process does not Finish ( at ccBill ) |
Occasionally the signup process ( at ccBill ) does not finish and instead results in either a blank page or some type of error code before you can create a username and password. One explanation is that the account is successfully registered and billed on iBill's side but their system fails to move forward with the login creation. If you experience this "signup failure" please contact us right away so we can match a login with your iBill account and add you to our list.
At minimum we need the email address you submitted to iBill and your preferred username and password, but it would be extremely helpful if you can remember and include the error code as well.

It happens to everyone from time-to-time, with everything that we must remember throughout the day we simply forget some stuff. But if you have forgotten your username and/or password, you can easily lookup the information directly at the payment processor. This should reduce any delay while waiting for us to do it for you.
